Valhistorik is a non-profit, ad-free project. It presents Sweden's election results so they are easy to read and compare.
Election results come from the Swedish Election Authority's open data. The 1973–2002 Riksdag and municipal elections and the 1995–2004 EU elections come from Statistics Sweden's database, and the 1976–2002 electoral districts from SND's Swedish electoral data (Statistics Sweden's district data). The map is based on okfse/sweden-geojson (SCB geographic data). District boundaries for 2006–2026 come from the Election Authority's GIS files.
