Arbetarepartiet-Socialdemokraterna received 56.63% (534 votes).

Regional elections were called county council elections until 2018. Before 1998 Skåne was two county councils (Kristianstad and Malmöhus counties) and Västra Götaland three (Göteborg och Bohus, Älvsborg and Skaraborg counties). Sweden Democrat votes are included in other parties. The party won no county council seats.
