In-house received the most votes, 68.1 %. Turnout was 30.8 %.

About the referendum
Municipal referendums are advisory. The municipal council is not bound by the outcome.
The municipality's results table gives 22 invalid votes in the total row, but the districts and the election committee's minutes give 21. The figure 21 is used here.
Two early votes that had been sent to the wrong place were not counted, by decision of the election committee.
